On Monday, I made my way through the giant Twitter walls, dancers, a psychic, retro flight attendants, and a bunch of Kindle Fire giveaways to find out what was top of mind on the EXPO floor at Retail’s BIG Show 2012.
From business intelligence to point of service, mobile to kiosks, customer experience revolutions to supply chain optimization, the floor was buzzing with more than 400 exhibitors. I talked to a few of them about the biggest trends on the floor this year. Personalizing the shopping experience, integrating channels, and taking mobile technology to new heights topped the list.
