The folks at recently asked retail marketing executive Bob Thacker (who’s served as head of marketing at Target, Sears, and OfficeMax) for his views on everything from the best marketing channel for conversion (he ranked online number one, mobile and social dead last) to how to measure mobile marketing efforts. His answers, coupled with recently released research on retail marketing from, paint a hopeful picture for the future of retail marketing.
