I’ve been smoked

My curiosity peaked this week when I began seeing attendees with “I’ve been smoked” stickers on their shirts. I grabbed one of the newest members of the NRF family, Margaret Little, and headed to the FlashFog booth to see what the fuss was about.  FlashFog’s technology produces fog so thick and turns on a strobe light so bright that a burglar would find it impossible to see.

There is a very small chance that I will ever agree to be a test subject for pepper spray or a taser gun, but this I was willing to try.  Rhett Asher, our VP of Loss Prevention, happened by as we started the demo and was persuaded to participate with Margaret and me.

In this video, Rhett, Margaret, and I “get smoked” while FlashFog’s Alfredo Arias explains what the technology is doing.
