Halloween survey reveals spooky spending

Many Americans will be making costumes, putting up last year’s decorations and handing out less candy, according to NRF’s Halloween survey released this morning. The research shows spending will drop an average of $10 per person.

NRF’s Ellen Davis spoke to CNBC about the spooky spending numbers.
